Don't get too stressed! Relax. Here are some tips...

***

I have been having so many exams recently its unreal. It's so easy to get stressed and I constantly find my self just taking some deep breaths because it's just difficult but I found these amazing tips on how to stay relaxed and calmed whether your in the middle of exams, just another day at work or just need a breather from life. Here they are: (and p.s. I'm no expert whatsoever and I'm sure many people have better ways to stay relaxed and what not but I found these on the internet and I do these myself so I hope I help).

1. Take so deep breaths. I think thats probably the first step. Just sit or lie down and not do anything for a few minutes or even seconds. Feel your shoulders going up and down as you breath in and out.

2. Listen some music. If you have a favourite song then play it because it's what you like so why not. If you don't have a favourite song, just listen to some calming background music. Try this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcsUYu0PVxY

3. Take a relaxing bath. Male or female this would probably be the best and most relaxing thing to do. Get some bubbles and a few candles.
A few of my favourite candles:
Jo Malone - Peony and Blush Suede
Jo Malone - Nectarine Blossom and Honey
Yankee Candle - Sparkling Cinnamon
The White Company - Wild Mint

4. Read a book or watch a film. Get your mind away from what's worrying you for a little bit. Take a break away from the stress.

This is all I can come up with and it usually helps so I hope it helped you.
If you have any exams like I do, relax, you'll do fine. It's not the end or the world and health is always more important.
Thanks for reading this!!

I went to London!!!

***

I went to London for a school trip on Saturday. It was so good. It was my first time going on holiday without my parents and my sister but it was still in England and I live nearish London so it wasn't too scary. I went to Covent Garden and it was amazing but it was shopping, how could it not be fantastic! I spent way more money than I should've done though.
I also went to see the Matilda play in a REAL theatre and it wasn't boring! I was scared that it would be horrible and a lot of cheesy singing but it was actually really funny.
I saw a tour of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre as well. The coach ride was really long but the service stations were fun. I felt a bit travel sick and it's been getting worst recently but I put in my earphones and had Ed Sheeran repeat (his songs not him talking).
But any who! It was a great trip.

Big Hero 6 - Film Review

***

Big Hero 6 is an amazing film produced by Walt Disney's Animation Studios. It's based on a comic book and it's about the relationship between 14 year old Hiro Hamada and an adorable robot health care companion, Baymax. Hiro wants to get into his brother's university so he presents his invention, the microbots. However, when it is shown that someone has stolen them, he gathers his friends GoGo, Wasabi, Honey Lemon, Fred and Baymax to upgrade them and go against the thief to uncover his mask and his plans.
I really loved this film and I think it is so cute. I just want a Baymax of my own and I would really recommend this to anyone especially little kids. It's the perfect family film.

Rating:  ★★★★ (4 Stars)
